A LITTLE ABOUT THE {crazy} WORKAHOLICS...

Patrick:
Born in Albuquerque New Mexico, Patrick was raised by mostly creative types.  From a large and musically gifted family, Patrick learned an early appreciation for creativity and hard work; two principals he now applies to his daily endeavors.

As with music, fashion and art, he believes that food is ready to come full circle.  Back to its roots.  Back to where eating just made you feel good.

A stickler for details and a lifelong dreamer, Patrick has enjoyed a diverse and satisfying 15 year career (which is saying something, considering he’s only 30 years old) that continues to present new challenges, opportunity for new dreams, and the ability to connect with people in the simplest of ways….through their stomachs.

With his wife Christine  handling all marketing and design of Restaurant P/30, this powerhouse team has created a unique and welcoming package.  Together they operate a business, raise a family, and just generally kick ass.

Christine:

Growing up in Sebastopol, Christine spent most of her youth looking through her father’s design annuals, watching him hand letter wine labels, and deciding between stripes and checkerboard for her bedroom walls (which she painted and re-painted constantly).

For as long as anyone can remember, she has been uncontrollably drawn to visual artistry and marketing.  Known to buy food, cleaning products and paint based solely on its packaging, she enjoys her collections of stellar design and is pretty much internally inspired.

Christine continues to run her own company deluxemodern design,  (
www.deluxemoderndesign.com) as well as handling the marketing, graphic and interior design for Restaurant P/30.  Through her single voice, P/30 has established an identity that quietly grabs and holds your attention.

On any given night she’ll be found greeting and schmoozing with guests, or planning and executing private events while her husband Patrick cracks the whip in the kitchen.
